thank you for your answere. Yes i imported it to registry - the 64bit-version, because i am using Win8 64bit. I even started the exe and choosed my network card + apply + o.k.-button. But nothing helped.

I'm happily off to kill diablo in an IPX game. Nicely, I just needed to plop the three key dll's into the Diablo folder, and off I went.

You have any idea how sick and tired I was of answers in forums pointing to M$'s website stating that IPX is not supported and won't work... very irritating!
